Does the Free edition expire? Will it start asking for payment after a while?

No, it never expires and there's no "trial period".The Free edition is an official tier of the product, not a trial — install it and use it indefinitely; it won't expire, won't start restricting you the longer you use it, and you never have to pay at some point just to keep going.

Only the "batching and automation", "high-quality tiers" and "media processing" groupsefficiency and professional capabilities belong to Pro. The capabilities the Free edition already has (multi-thread, resume from breakpoint, task queue, speed limit, proxies, quality selection, audio-only) won't be taken away if you don't upgrade。

How many devices can one license key activate?

It depends on the plan you buy:Standard: 1 device、Two-device: 2 devices、Multi-device: from 3 devices(pick the number at checkout). Enter the license key on a device to activate it; afterwards you can view the list of activated devices in the client. When all slots are used, unlink an old device first to free one up.

What if I switch computers?

Firstunlink / deactivate that device on the old computer to free a slot, then activate on the new one. The client has a self-service "move device" option: even if the old device is broken or reinstalled and you can't get its original info, you can use your purchase license key to clear the bindings and reactivate,without buying again。

Is the multi-device plan cheaper than buying several separately?

Yes. Standard is ¥99 / 1 device, and after thateach extra device is only +¥70: two devices ¥169 (save ¥29 vs buying two), three ¥239, four ¥309 — the more devices, the lower the per-device price. On the order page you can enter the device count directly to see the multi-device total.

Do you offer refunds?

As a digital product, delivery is complete once the key is sent. If you run intoa license key that won't activate or a duplicate charge — issues on our side — contact egmcyl@gmail.com with your order number, and after verification we'll refund via the original payment method. We recommend confirming the features meet your expectations with the Free edition before buying.
