CatFrame (hereinafter "the Software") is a download tool. You may install and use it on your own devices. The Software is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranty.

2. Your responsibilities (important)

The Software must be used only to download content you have the right to download.You agree that you will:

• not use the Software to download, store or distribute any content that infringes others' copyright, trade secrets or other legitimate rights;
• not use the Software to bypass any paywall, access control or technical protection measure;
• comply with the terms of service of the sites you visit and the laws and regulations of your region;
• not use the Software for any unlawful purpose or to harm others' interests.

You are solely responsible for all actions taken using the Software and their consequences.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to data loss, interrupted downloads, device damage or third-party claims.

4. License and refunds

The scope of a Pro license key is described inLicense. Because the Software is a digital product and a license key cannot be revoked once activated,refunds are not supported after activation; if a license key has not yet been activated and has a quality issue, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll handle it.

5. Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
